Organizational Status

Agape Community Works Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of West Virginia. The organization has submitted an application to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. That determination is currently pending. Until a determination letter is received, contributions to Agape Community Works Foundation may not be tax-deductible as charitable contributions under federal law.
